1. Information We Collect
When you request a quote, use our Christmas Visions design tool, or contact us, we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, property address, and any photos of your home you upload.
When you message the Christmas Bros or CT Clean and Son Facebook Pages on Messenger, we receive your Facebook name, an ID that Messenger assigns to your conversation with us, and the messages and photos you send.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to answer your questions, prepare quotes and lighting designs, schedule and complete your service, and follow up with you about your project. We do not use it for anything unrelated to our services.
3. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We install every job ourselves — no crews or subcontractors. We share your information only with the service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed to serve you: website and messaging hosting, the AI service that helps us respond to Messenger messages and create Christmas Visions designs, our scheduling and invoicing software, and payment and financing providers. We may also share information when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Facebook Messenger
Messages you send us on Messenger are also handled by Meta under Meta's own privacy policy.
5. How Long We Keep Your Information
Messenger conversations stored by our system are deleted automatically within 60 days of your last message. Contact details and project notes from a quote request stay in our customer records so we can serve you in future seasons, until you ask us to delete them.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. If you wish to exercise these rights, please contact us at christmasbrosde@gmail.com.
8. How to Delete Your Data
To have your data deleted, including your Messenger conversation with us, email christmasbrosde@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data" and include the name on your Facebook account or the phone number you gave us. We will delete your information within 30 days and confirm by email.
