1. Services
Christmas Bros LLC provides custom design, professional installation, season-long maintenance, takedown, and storage of holiday lighting and permanent lighting systems for residential and commercial properties in Delaware and surrounding areas.
2. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided are based on the specific design and scope of work requested. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes prior to or during installation. All lighting products provided for seasonal services remain the property of Christmas Bros LLC unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Maintenance and Repairs
We provide free maintenance on all lighting installations performed by our team throughout the holiday season. Please contact us immediately if you notice any outages or issues with your display.
4. Takedown and Storage
Seasonal lighting takedowns begin in January and continue through early February. We store the lights securely in our off-site facility during the off-season. Storage is included in the annual service fee.
5. Liability
While we take every precaution to protect your property during installation and takedown, Christmas Bros LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage to roofs, gutters, or landscaping.
